West Linn-Wilsonville to swear in new board members on Monday
July 11th, 2011
The West Linn-Wilsonville School Board will welcome three newcomers during the first meeting of the 2011-12 fiscal year.
The board will swear in Betty Reynolds, Cheri Zimmerman and Kristen Keswick at its Monday night meeting, which will be relatively action-free with few votes scheduled.
The meeting signifies a time of major change for the district, which is being led by a new superintendent, Bill Rhoades, after West Linn-Wilsonville mainstay Roger Woehl retired. Keswick ousted long-time board member Mary Furrow, while Betty Reynolds beat out incumbent Rob Fernandez, who was appointed to the board this year.
You can download the packet and agenda on the West Linn-Wilsonville website. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at the Wilsonville High School forum, 6800 SW Wilsonville Rd.
