WAC, Fresno State and Nevada statement pertaining to litigation

Regarding the recent statements pertaining to litigation, Fresno State, Nevada, and the WAC issue the following statement:
The parties have initiated communication. We are hopeful that there will be a collegial resolution. We will refrain from commenting about any negotiations while we work through the issues.
